Vision: Who better to open the Broadbeach Blues Festival 2008, one of Queensland’s largest events, than the children of the Gold Coast?

Broadbeach will be filled with the sounds of the Blues on Thursday 29 May 2008 as hundreds of children from participating primary school choir’s parade through the streets of Broadbeach singing the well-known Blues classic (Chariots Comin’). They will join together singing at the Broadbeach Mall where they will spell bind their audience with a further three pre-rehearsed blues songs and be the official openers of the Broadbeach Blues Music Festival 2008.

The “Kids Chorus” will be divided into 4 group meeting at four designated corners of the Broadbeach precinct. They will then be lead by their very own fun loving Blues Brother/Sister (organised by Broadbeach Management) as they sing through the streets to the Broadbeach Mall. (Distance approx 500 metres)
Choir teachers have been provided with sheet music and a professionally recorded guide vocal with harmonies skilfully recorded by Big Note Productions.
