What is the easiest way to get to Blues on Broadbeach?

Car: There is limited car parking in the Broadbeach precinct. Car parking will be available at Broadbeach State School (access via Old Burleigh Road) for $5 per day. Car park hours of operation are 11am – 9pm Saturday 31 May and 11am – 7pm Sunday 1 June. Vehicles are left at owner’s risk. Vehicles remaining on the premises after car park closing time will be towed at owner’s expense. Car parking is also available at The Oasis Shopping Centre and charged at an hourly rate.

Can I bring alcohol to Blues on Broadbeach?

Gold Coast City Council has designated Surf Parade between Victoria Avenue and Queensland Avenue as a public area where liquor can be consumed during the event. This will apply on Friday 30 May between 11.30am – midnight and on Saturday 31 May between 10.30am – 11.30pm. Liquor may be consumed within the enclosed area ONLY and cannot be removed from licensed venues – penalties apply. This year, Kurrawa Park will be an unlicensed area on both Saturday 31 May and Sunday 1 June and no BYO will be permitted.
